The Client, a young and important local entrepreneur, has imposed many constraints on the construction of this building.
The building, placed in a strongly steep area and with engineering restrictions, had to be extremely modern, inspired by the wonderful American houses, have large windows, keep all the comforts necessary for a daily life at the top and at the same time amaze guests
However, the Studio managed not only to respect the established constraints but also to give personality to the building. These values are important for the client who was particularly interested in the user friendly of the place.
The Studio is pleased to be able to bring a bit of Italianisms even in a project so bound and binding.
The good result was therefore mutual.
